All shipments will automatically be billed to your credit card account. You may cancel your membership at any time provided you notify us at least 30 days prior to shipment. All of our alcoholic beverages are sold in California and the title passes to the buyer. Fortino Winery makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state outside California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old, and the person to whom your wines will be delivered is also at least 21. Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving delivery may be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21. If your shipment is returned to us, there is $10 charge. If you want us to reship it to you, there is an additional $10 charge.
