About
A deep dark Devil's Food Cake with chocolate Mousse filling and poured glaze. Peggy will demonstrate chocolate curls, chocolate shards, the use of chocolate transfers, filling the cake, and fondant Valentine decorations. Students will bring home 4 Mini Valentine Heart Cakes. They will have time to practice pouring the glaze, using the transfers, making curls and shards.
