EXECUTIVE CHEF Jonathan Toste
Toste attended the Culinary Institute of America in San Francisco when he was 19, and during his time there he was able to combine his love of art and cooking—and hasn't stopped since. He recently won the Master Chef Competition at the 2011 Gilroy Garlic Festival. Jonathan Toste is Fortino Winery’s executive chef.
Note: "Buffet" menus are completely self-service, the "Fortino's Family Style" menu includes partial waitstaff-service, and the "Wine-Country Dinner" menu includes full waitstaff service.

Baked Brie (topped with your choice of raspberries or sliced Portobello)
with diced shallots and thyme, wrapped in puff pastry, and baked until golden brown. Served with bread or crackers
Cucumber Cups Filled with Fish Ceviche
Ceviche prepared in lime juice with garlic and salt, mixed with shallots, tomatoes, diced cucumbers, cilantro, and served in a cucumber cup.
Fresh Crab Meat Claws
cooked in white wine, garlic, and butter; served with melted butter.
