will provide a culinary experience utilizing her exceptional skill to educate
her students in creating
intricate desserts such as Mocha and Fruit Tartlets paired with Cabernet
Sauvignon and our famous
Almond Champagne.

Peggy Fortino is a graduate of Tante Marie's Cooking School in San Francisco,
where the focus
is on French baking and pastry.
